Damaged or defective item

If you have received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace the item at no extra charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving yours. We can offer you replacements at no extra charge if the criteria below are met: Items are defective - damaged / broken or soiled upon arrival.

Right of withdrawal

Whatever your reasons, you can return your item within 14 days for a refund or exchange of your returned items in good condition. The return costs are at the customer's expense. We will proceed with the refund immediately after receipt of the package.

Important: the address on the package is not the return address. Any return to this address will be considered lost and there will be no refund. If you wish to make a return, please contact us so that a member of our team can assist you. The store name cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages.

Wrong delivery information

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid lost mail or other incidents. International customers must provide a phone number.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses. Otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re-label and reship it, but you should understand that this requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping costs are usually half the price of the order... so please be careful about the information you provide.

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you should contact us immediately to correct the error.

Cancel my order

Can I cancel my order? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the order.

Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or due to standard shipping reason.

To benefit from our "90 Days Money Back Guarantee", please follow the instructions below:


The hair removal device's trial period is at least 60 days from the receipt date but for no more than 90 days. All 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your IPL Hair Removal Handset.

You must complete at least 16 hair removal treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions. All images MUST have valid time and date stamps. If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your photos to contact@sweetieskin.com each week, then we will review your application.

If the above condition is satisfied, please complete the following return steps:

Please provide your email address, order number, quantity, first name, last name, address, zip code, and please confirm the package is opened or sealed. What is more, please tell us the reason for return. And then, send it to contact@sweetieskin.com. All contents MUST be returned in the original packaging.

Our team will reply to the return authorization information and inform the return address within 48 hours.

Please do not return before the authorization. Please note that for non-quality problems, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return.

Please note: If the hair removal device is damaged due to improper personal use (including breakage), the warranty is not available to apply under the situation.
If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
