2. For best results, we recommend that you shave the targeted areas 1 to 3 days before the session (however, for certain areas such as the face, you can simply shorten the hair)
3. Plug the device into an electrical outlet, switch it on and flash the area to be treated perpendicularly, avoiding flashing the same spot several times
4. We recommend using sweetieskin once a week per area for 4 weeks. From 4 to 7 weeks, we recommend to use it twice per week and per area. From 8 weeks onwards, use the machine once a week per area
5. The device can then be used for any necessary maintenance

HOW IPL HAIR REMOVAL WORKS
Our sweetieskin® device emits high-intensity light pulses. The pulsed light is absorbed by melanin and hemoglobin. The absorbed light energy is then converted into heat.
The heat generated by the pulsed light destroys the cells of the hair follicle, preventing hair regrowth. In other words, melanin absorbs the light, which leads to the breakdown of pigments and their elimination through the skin's natural renewal process.
